Some more info on the workshop:

Pilates, Physio ball and core strength exercises for a fun and
functional session. Low impact and suitable for ALL levels of fitness,
it can help you to:

• Find an independent seat so your horse can reach his true potential.

I'd love to come but Shropshire is a LONG way. When you do one near Cheltenham let me know!

I'll be doing loads in Chelt and the surrounding areas! Smile In fact I can do it anywhere within reasonable driving distance of north Glos.

Once I've sorted out my website and pricings I'll do a link.
