Fantastic! Congrats on the forum Wendy, for me this is just so much more user-friendly Very Happy

Can't wait to get down to changing the horsey world and swapping info and stories!

For anyone who's interested/fancies getting together for drinks, etc, etc, I'm a friend of Alice Beardsworth's and live in Gloucestershire. I have a 14hh Connemara-x whom I ride in a DC (blessed be enlightened loan pony owners!).

Anyhoo, looking forward to reading your views,

All the best,

Rachael

Cheers for the welcome everyone!

Wendy I was at the first one... not sure if you remember, I turned up late having missed Alice's demo, doh! Zoe mentioned you might be able to lend me a Nurtural? We're not entirely happy with our DC.

Bohohorse, that would be great Smile I'm sure Alice'd be up for it too. Perhaps Cheltenham for coffee?

Not to worry Wendy! I'm often the quiet one at the back anyway - not the most memorable of souls! lol

The left reinstrap is twisting alot - might be something to do with why she's been leaning on it, though that may be a riding issue as much as anything Embarassed . It may also not be releasing as it should - it spends most of its time being a lot longer on the rein side of the noseband ring than the other (tho leaning may be the cause of that!). I wondered if that might be something to do with the fact that it was the strap that lies underneath the other, and have swapped them over if that makes any sense? Haven't ridden enough yet tho to see if its made any difference.

She also resists and tosses her head if I ask her to slow to stop her crowding the horse in front - love her, shes so long-striding and forward-going! Again could be my riding...
