Hi, I just read this on Dr. Cook's BB site:




Royal Dutch Equestrian Federation for being the first national federation to permit bitless dressage



A proposal to allow the crossunder bitless bridle for dressage was
filed with the USEF in January 2009. The USEF will be taking the
crossunder bitless bridle under consideration in their next Dressage
Committee meeting, possibly as soon as this December. For more

USEF has before it a bitless rule change for dressage......predicated upon the infliction of tetanic contractions upon the horses by competitive riders
