I don't see how you can even have a serious discussion on the subject with a ruling body that doesn't allow a properly fitted drop or flash noseband and yet condones a cavesson noseband so tight it needs a gel pad under the jaw to prevent it from rubbing the jaw raw...don't start me on dressage people, they don't even know what the word really means.
