Hi! I ride my mule barefoot and bitless
When I had my first (and last) pony years ago,he was shod and bitted but that was because no one told me it could be done differantly.I'm so glad that when I came back to riding I waited for the right teacher and was taught not only how to use a bitless bridle but how to use the breaks
