'Perfect Seat' dismounted workshop - for charity
'Perfect Seat' dismounted workshop consisting of Pilates, physio ball work and
other exercises to help improve your seat without leaving the ground!
Tea, biccies and chat provided and hopefully a lot of fun! All
proceeds to go to the Stables at Mill Green horse sanctuary and the
workshop takes place there (NE Shropshire, near Market Drayton).
Mats and balls provided but do bring a mat if you have one - the more
the cosier! Wear comfortable warm clothing that you can move in

Pilates, Physio ball and core strength exercises for a fun and
functional session. Low impact and suitable for ALL levels of fitness,
it can help you to:
• Find an independent seat so your horse can reach his true potential.
• Solve common riding problems – ‘chair’ seat, ‘pram’ hands etc
• Improve your own fitness, core strength, posture and wellbeing.
• Understand real ‘self carriage’ by finding your own first!

I'd love to come but Shropshire is a LONG way. When you do one near Cheltenham let me know!

Didnt realise you were near Cheltenham FloragG - my two sons live there and I visit often - maybe catch up sometime!!!!

I'll be doing loads in Chelt and the surrounding areas! In fact I can do it anywhere within reasonable driving distance of north Glos.
